IMO SE could turn this to their advantage. They already have a lot of positive reception to the game. But recent turn of events with the server issues, has been producing some negative criticisms by players and those are the people who are going to tell 8-10 friends.

How does SE make this ok?

IMO, continue adding more servers and getting them working better (duh doy). But also implement server transfer asap. By doing so, SE make it clear that they realize people had to roll on servers they did not want to.

In effect becoming "good guy SE".
