How to get digital CE items. Help Please.

I have been trying to figure this out for a while I asked in game multiple times and I was told I would receive them in the Moogle Mail but I never had to register a code or anything and I still have not received them. I went to the digitalriver site entered my information and under Collector's Edition items it says this.

TO begin with what is a CD key? And secondly the biggest one how to I claim my items?

Am I going to have to delete my Early Access client and reinstall the new client and input my unique unlock code? That is the only thing I can think of on my own I wish I could get an official response or answer for this I have currently paid $20 more for nothing at the moment.

OK just figured out that I had to register my purchase on the Mog station I now have my 30 day trial and upon login I will know if I have me CE Items.

Here's what I did last night.

1) Go to the digital river site : https://www.findmyorder.com/sstore?A...r&Locale=en_US

2) Enter your info to pull up your order.

3) Then you should see a 20 character "Serial Number" in the following format xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx-xxxx.

4) Then go to Mog Station

5) In Mog Station you should see an option to "Add Platform". It's a square button with a flaming circle and plus sign. Enter your code here.

6) After you save and what not it should take you back to the first screen and you'll see 30 days were added to your account plus you'll see the bonus items listed.

7) Logged into the game (eventually) and saw the items in my mail.

Now, this is what worked for me. They might have changed it since then but poke around a bit and you might get it. Good luck.

Yep I finally figured it out we should have been told all this when we purchased the game nowhere in my confirmation email did it tell me to do this.
