How can I get my CE items ! they are not in my moogle mail!

So I bought the pre order Collectors edition, wich I ve not being able to play in the past few days... 90000, and full server.... but today by some miracle I was able to log in, just to find out that my Collector Edition items are not where they are supposed to be ! how can I get them ?

You need to upgrade youre acc to digital ... i have same problem.

and how can i do that? i received a mail with a new digital code that is aparentely invalid! ;@

you need to buy another. This is fkin sh*t

you need Digital account upgrade if your a standard 1.0 account owner. (standard 13 days free)

If you are listed as a standard account owner with only a few days left you might also be using a early access account that will let you register your CE code once it's time is up.

if you are a non-CE 1.0 account owner

You may also have other issues, maybe a invalid code or some other account issue, in that case you will need to contact customer support too.
