Entrance NPC Copperbell mines

I need to get in the copperbell mines duty for my story, but the NPC I have to talk to (Stone Torch) doesn't talk. Anyone else having this issue?

Actually just talked to people ingame and they do have the same issue.. Is it just Durandal server or is the NPC bugged?

Really wanna continue my story :/

You do not enter the mines by walking up to it.

After you have completed the requirements and spoken to the NPC in front of the mines, it will become available via the Duty Finder.

Defeating Copperbell Mines is part of the story line quests, but is not solo. This adventure is a 4 man dungeon.

I know that, I did sastasha and tam-taram.. The point is the NPC doesn't talk to me, though it is my quest to talk to him..

Ya, has been bugged all day as far as i know. Lots of other people having the problem on Durandal at least. Was almost caught up to some friends that were a bit ahead of me but now I cant progress. Submitted a ticket earlier this morning and haven't heard anything.

I'm getting this same problem, and a bunch of people standing outside seem to be having it too. I'm on Durandal. Tried talking to him, nothing happens. Relogging didn't help either.
