Square Enix account already linked to PSNID

Hello,

So...as a NA user I was first sent a EU code...I spent 3 hours on the phone until I was issued a PS3 code that was able to be redeemed.

I get my codes redeemed with no problems on my account and I go to play the game...I do the usual startup, but to my surprise ..now I get a message saying The SE account that I am trying to log is already linked to another PSN ID.

I've called PSN and they said the problem is on SE's end. I have made sure that the PSN account my SE account is linked to is correct...everything matches up..how can I fix this without another 3 hour phone call??
