Block a user?

I keep getting gold selling spam in /tell, I already reported it via the support desk, but the guy just won't stop. Is there a way to block him?

Glad they included this and we can help to keep the game world clean and free of such. So far, thankfully it has not been as big of a problem as it has been in other games. Lets work to keep it that way.

You have to type in the exact name. It's annoying but it works.
