Does it look like this? http://imgur.com/rmU2CTq (Except instead of white shaded lines [I just photoshopped these in lol] they are black ones and greatly less noticeable)

Also do you mind taking a screenshot? If it's your monitor I shouldn't be able to see those lines in the screenshot.

They're kind of like that, but really small and darker. Like a bunch of them one after the other. Kind of flicker-y.

So, I'm not seeing anything wrong with the picture so I'm thinking it's a hardware problem. Being that this is custom built from a mom and pops shop it could be any number of things though. I've seen this problem with custom computers when there is a problem with the power supply. 600W should be more than enough for your system if thats what it's actually putting out. Then again, it could be some thing as simple as a lose connection to your GPU.

One other thing to keep in mind is your monitor's refresh rate. If you have it set too low, you'll get those lines.

The refresh basically determines how long it takes to clear your screen for the next image, and if it's too low you'll see some tearing.

Make sure that your monitor is set to 60Hz, and check your computer graphics settings to make sure they're at 60Hz as well.

If this doesn't fix your issue, then you should definitely look into getting the computer checked for any hardware malfunctions/power issues.

You'll have to go into your Display settings. Right click your main screen, and then go to Personalize. Display should be under that (at the bottom left of the window). Go there, and then Change display settings. In that window, there should be blue text on the right hand side that says Advanced settings. Click that, and it'll take you to a tabbed window. Click the Monitor tab, and make sure that's set to 60Hz on the Screen refresh rate dropdown menu.

Mine's at 75Hz. :s I dunno. Maybe I'm just looking too hard at my computer screen? :c

I updated the monitors drivers to see if that would help :x

What can I do, then? Because I was thinking it could be like... if my monitor can't keep up to the amount of frame rates my computer is putting off? Because even after uploading the image I could see it in the picture. I can almost see it on the screen when I'm not playing games--it just gets worse when I'm playing them.
