PS3 Purchase Question

Hello,

My wife and I both had SE 1.0 and are both legacy status so were both in the betas. I downloaded the PS3 client in P4 which we utilized through early release with our pre-order code from amazon.
Amazon later retracted our order because they ran out of PS3 CE items, but the client is still letting us play on the PS3.

I remember being told that 1.0 users could play the PC edition for free with the client without having to purchase it again, but PS3 users would have to buy it. So is there a glitch that's letting us play the PS3 version without buying it, or will we have to buy it soon? Additionally, can I do a digital upgrade to CE without having bought the digital (or any) edition at all?

EDIT: When I check the Mog Station it stays it's a windows account... but I can play on PS3.

I think those of us who were in the early access get a week or so free to buy the game and subscribe.

I ended up having to get a new PS3 ( traded in old one/ had insurance ) and I bought the ps3 blue ray disk. Now I am wondering how to register it on the PSN network. When I attempted that on the XMB and on the PSN store it said it wasn't valid.
