materia lvl 4 for str , int , dex . etc are for gear lvl 70 but if you use it in to one armor or gear lvl 70 tell materia is to low for this gear and give low stat ( for example +1 ) and is lvl 70 materia . i tink this materia lvl 4 must have lvl 55 and equip in gear 55. but if isn't 1 bug i'm apogailze for this post
