Macro: Action Bar Change help

Hello, there was once a player guide on the forums, showing all the macroes from the beta.

I cant seem to find it now, but Yoshida said he would have macros that help switch action bars out, to help controller users when ACN comes out. (Though no macros exist for pets...)

Due to limitations of buttons, I was hoping there would be a way to swap Action bar1, into/with Action bar7.

My X button being cure, until I hit cleric stance, then cleric stance would macro into swapping into action bar7.
This way X becomes stone. (I like to leave X the default action)

And hitting the cleric stance again, would swap back to action bar1.

I know u can do this manually, but to save on time, I'd like to save every bit of time I can, so no one dies.

There are a bunch of the newer macros added in beta phase 4 listed here: beta phase 4 patch notes

The /hotbar and /crosshotbar (abbreviated /chotbar) commands are the ones you're looking for.

I believe you'd want something like:

/ac "Cleric Stance" <me>
/chotbar change 7

and

/ac "Cleric Stance" <me>
/chotbar change 1
