    Archer Raging Strikes timer off.

    Maybe it\\'s just me. The level 4 archer ability Raging Strikes which has a cool down of 180s. And the lvl 28 trait Enhanced Raging Strikes which reduces the cool down of Raging Strikes to 120s. I timed this yesterday multiple times because my macro wait timer of 120s kept going off waayy before the ability was ready. And Raging Strikes isn\\'t 120s it\\'s still 180s. Also I think the macro wait timer is off.

    If possible, could you also procure a screenshot of the action tooltip window that appears when you mouse over Raging Strikes immediately after using it?
