Ha. WoW? I played that for two weeks, and threw the game disc into a bonfire. It was garbage.
Honestly? I'm not asking for handouts. I'm asking for enjoyable content where I don't have to deal with the heckling, the insults and the competition that just adds needlessly to my stress...
You should be aware: I'm one of the most disliked people on my server, and I have to live with it.

No, that's exactly what you are asking for.
So let me ask you this: Would you complain if they made NMs instanced and then made drop rate low enough that it would take an average of 2 hours killing it non-stop (on a 3-5 min timer... that's 30 kills... making it a 3% chance drop)?
If your answer is yes... then you are asking for handouts. Rare equipment is supposed to rare. It's supposed to take time/effort to get.
I wouldn't complain if it took me two hours to get if it was a guaranteed drop within that time frame, because then I'd be able to arrange my schedule around it! But this didn't happen in today's example, and that was what really irked me.No, that's exactly what you are asking for.

If I'm going to invest a substantial amount of my time into a game in a single sitting, it has to pay off in some form or another. Either in substantial amounts of SP or a good item drop.
The point is that this game is badly balanced in terms of time investment-to-payout ratio. Make the NMs instanced, or at least build instanced dungeons for the NMs to reside within, so that a party can bash their way through a horde of monsters before reaching the boss...that would make it more engaging, more interesting, more fun, and ultimately for a person like me, a great expenditure of my time.

go QQ some more. The entire MMO genre revolves around NM competition. It's just one of those things that is in every game. WoW? It had competitive NMs. FFXI? Same thing. RoM? Same. Thing. If you can't handle competition for CASUAL content, you should just leave now because if/when NMs get harder and the competition actually becomes competition (8+ people from different LS all after the same mob) then you will probably /wrist because you can't handle not getting spoonfed everything.
Healer strike is ridiculously foolish and accomplishes nothing
