PS3 version will no patch

I have been trying since yesterday to patch my game on the PS3 and it keeps erroring out. I get the error when it is at about 50% done. Here are the error numbers:

20819
20831
19900
-2147418069

I have tried unplugging my PS3 and resetting my router/modem. Still to no avail. My download speed is about 5mps and I've tried it with noone else being on the internet.

im having same problem. got both pc and ps3 versions and both had trouble patching...sheesh. I've found no answer online for ps3 except just keep trying. Which, btw, hasn't worked yet....

Also I have 60gb free on my ps3 hard drive.

I has 58g of free space but I did a quick format of the hard drive anyway and it worked. Luckily I had no important items to lose.

wont formatting make me have to download the game all over again? Also, will it delete my characters?

It will make you download the game again and your going to lose game data for other games on your hard drive so I wouldn't recommend it if you have many ps3 games. Your characters are safely stored on the game servers, that is why you can access them from both the ps3 and PC version, which is what I do.

My launcher in my PS3 keeps disconnecting when I try to update :/

now my laptop gets an error when I update and disconnect ...

I don't know if its related to my issue where I disconnect from my PC when I play the game every 5~30 minutes ...

Its upsetting >_<
