game activation code, where the hell can i register the game

so i've played 1.0 and pre ordered arr, got the early acess code and started playing the game on sunday. now yesterday i got an email with the game activation code, and i thought to myself "wtf is this" if i got the pre order code is because i've bought the game, shouldnt it be already registered? it seems not, i need to register twice for a game... i could live with it, if i could even register it. the game launcher does not prompt for a game activation code, and the mog station is just a complete mess, where the hell can i register the game, on mog station i have standard account with 13 days but the only place where i can use a serial code is in bonus and add a new service account, but i dont want to add another service account, i want to continue playing with my char. does anyone have the same issue?

Take a look at that, we are having the same problem, i bouight the CE and i cant upgrade my v1.0 account with that code :S they want me to pay 20$..............

so what you'r telling me is if i want to play with my char i need to pay 20€? i can only register the code i got to another account?
