Some of you, not being able to post, I would guess is because according to your forum badge, you are not the correct level. What I would also suggest, if you haven't logged out since meeting the appropriate threshold, try that, and wait a bit for it to update on the back end. Barring that, I don't know why you can't post if you meet the requirements.
