I'm level 41 and I still can't make new threads on the forums except this one. WTF?

BlossomRose - Good question, you should be able to make up to three threads per day, at that point. You haven't exceeded your limit somehow have you? Does this forum count against your total even though it doesn't have the restrictions?

What crap. So I can't inform a FC that I want to be part of their group nor intereact with other players on the same server. Wow competent as hell.

What's really interesting is that some of us can't even respond to threads in any forum bar here and in Tech help.

As customer relations go, I'm getting a real tingle in my spine that says *something* isn't right.

When they can pick and choose who can post, rather than banning those who earn such a thing... well... something has been turned on it's ear.

Have they posted that information somewhere, because I've been looking for it for the past few days.

EDIT: found it through creative use of the search feature... and following a link someone else posted. Yeah, that's an interesting place to stick the rules that cover the majority of the forums.

Currently, I can't even post about a bug (due to a bug), or make a suggestion in the forums as my character isn't high enough? Yet I can't get in to play as the servers are all full, so I can't level my character. Hmm, getting the feeling that they don't want to us to talk or interact outside the game, yet at the same time we can't get in. And I pity any group that tries to help mid level characters or beginners and tries to use the forums to talk to said players. They'll simply not get any sort of response, because the target audience will simply be unable to give it.

All I'll say about limiting the number of replies a person can make is; "Thank the maker for the 'Edit' function".

And could we please get someone from SE actually making replies in the Tech help forum? Might calm people down a bit if someone actually showed up to do what should have been done from the start.

I haven't posted on the forum yet, except this post. All I am trying to do is respond to the thank you thread with my appreciation for the game, and the forum is like "nope."

I don't see any information in the FAQ regarding what the "minimum level" is. I can understand that this is to mute whiners and complainers, but ironically most of the people I seen complaining about server issues have had enough game time to reach level 20+.

Sorry, I had someone give it to me in another thread and came back to post it here myself, but Eewec beat me to it (That's what I get for going to out lunch... silly me).

Yeah I agree with the sentiment here. However you should realize that some of these people might be legacy transfers with level 50s already, and hence they are able to post even though they can't really play the game... just a guess. Also, you are not supposed to be restricted (according to the rules) in posting here, the tech support or bug support forums. So if you cannot do that, then something is really off with your account. Given you can post here, I would think you could post there.
