Dear SE

My wife and I have played every FF game since the first.... We loved XI, We loved XIV. We stood by you when others ditched out... We will continue to support you....
This is simply terrible... we were so excited to get to play at launch...
I am trying to refrain from flaming here..... This is regrettable....
Even LoL has a wait in line to log in type of system.... not simply an error message that leads nowhere....
