You guys have to add this before your plans to increase server capacity. It's supposed to be what keeps people trying until the issue is fixed. Your statement implies that your plans may not even fix the issue. And if it doesn't, that's completely unacceptableGreetings, everyone.
I know that the topic of users idling for long periods of time has become quite the hot topic due to the current login limitations. I wanted to let you know that the development team is aware of the discussions going on by users.
Currently, the implementation of a feature that would automatically disconnect a user who is idle for a specific amount of time is something that will be investigated once the currently announced plans and adjustments have been completed. Once that is in place,we'll be able to see a clearer picture of the concurrency numbers and get a better understanding of what steps need to be taken next.
I know that this is a "we'll need to wait and see and investigate," but it's important that we let you know where we currently stand on the topic.
