Yea please put this AFK kicker in game, what is the point staying in the game without playing/chatting/moving around?
If you don't play you have to logout, EASY PEASY.

If I don't play, that doesn't mean I have to log out, you people really need to stop this afk timer bullshit it really won't help, and will cause the players getting more grief than the players trying to log in. I have been playing since beta and it only ever takes me a max of about 10 minutes trying to log in to actually get in, you people stating it takes hours upon hours to log in, are blowing things way out of proportion. In no way does it take hours to log in, stop over exaggerating and trying to force other players off the server just because it takes you a few minutes to log in.

Today I was trying to log in (off and on) for 6 straight hours without success. Then I finally got logged in and the first time I teleported after about 15 minutes I got kicked. Haven't been able to get back in since.

I promise you very few people are exaggerating.

This has nothing to do with afk players, afk players have little impact on server capacity, and if you think otherwise its only because you are trying to find someone to blame for not being able to log into the game. Get over it, the amount of afk players is nothing compared to the amount of actively playing players, and those are the ones that causing the servers to reach full, not a few thousand, if that many, afk players

You guys shouldn't wait on implementing the AFK kick. You can work on it in tandem with server optimizations. I promise you, getting the AFK kick in place will greatly help the strain on the servers and it will make many players happy which will reduce some of the extreme negative word of mouth and reputation surrounding this game.

I still think people should realize the plethora of issues they're already trying to fix. If anything AFK kick will come after the expansion of servers

Seriously, people need to try to understand how this all works rather than trying to go from an uninformed perceived "easy button" idea to fix things. Even if they put in an afk feature, people STILL would have the same exact problem in the same high numbers. Capacity is set at 230,000 concurrent users - with a current estimated need of 350,000 (which is probably still wrong). Do you honestly think there are tens of thousands of afkers? Or, just thousands with only a couple thousand who can't log in?
