New to FF14, NEED HELP....

Okay.. so I have purchased Digital Download Collector's Edition from Amazon.com like 2 month ago (received promotion code to be redeemed later on when game launches).

Received early access code from SE few days ago, registered it and had no problem playing game until now.

Only issue here... is that I only recieved pre-order items like moogle cap and some cat minion.

When will i get my CE items?
Also, some people told me to register on their website, redeem codes, or make subscription, etc.
I am going nuts now, cant figure out where to redeem this promotion code, or make subscription.. they have like 5 different website, (FF14 lodestone, FF14 pr, na SE, SE account, Mog station, etc etc...)

please help me guys.. they are driving me crazy.....

you get a seperate email on the day the game launched. likely it went to your spam/junk folder. Mine did.

there will be a new code similar to the one you registered for early access. Go to mogstation account...Add service (pc i assume), then enter the code.
It will register you as a CE player, with XX days left etc.

You will get recieve all items via ingame mail. Light helm, (which has same bonus as mog hat) Coerl mount (needs to have done the lvl 20 class quest for your mount) mini behemoth pet, and chocobo armor.

Sadly, you have to wait on a E-mail for the CE stuff.
Good luck, SE takes many moon for that.

Just a few questions...

1. For the "new code (not the pre-order code that I've used to play until now)", Do I get an e-mail from SE? or Amazon.com?
2. for Mog station, it says Im already registered.. saying
FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Beta Test Windows(R) ,FFXIV: A Realm Reborn - Pre-Order Code Windows(R) is registered to this service account.

Oh.. I had a little confusion here,
okay so here is what I did..

1. purchased FF14 DD CE 2 month ago. (received 18 digit codes to be redeemed later)
2. Recieved an email from SE few days ago about pre order site, redeemed my 18 digit code there, received 20 digit code for early access.
3. Downloaded the game, put those codes in, and played early access.
4. YESTERDAY, i have received moggle cap, and a cat.
5. NO mogle mail with CE items..
6. thought it didnt come yet because I didnt make subscription yet, CANT FIND SUBSCRIPTION PAGE....

and here I am...
anyone got any idea what is going on here?;;

After all of that...
You get a SEPERATE email...with a new code.

Its likely in your junk/spam! even if you granted access to SE or digital river...the email comes from a different server and is usually filtered out.

This new email will contain download links again...just in case...
But has 2 new codes! you will only need the first code (digital rights) i think its called.

Enter it into your mog station account. BAM...email in game will have your items.

Thanks for your comments, but I cannot find any email about it....I am pretty sure that I haven't erased (since I dont erase ANY email)...
E-mail supposed to be received on 27th right? since they officially launched it on 27th?
is it possible that they can forget to send out codes to certain people...?

is there any non 1.0 player who bought DD CE???
