    Not receiving pre order items

    Hello,
    I bought the game and recived a preorder key that I was supposed to add to my account. I added it to my old FFXIV 1.0 account and it said it worked.
    But I have not recevied a ingame mail with my items.

    Anyone that can assist ?

    I am stuck to. I pre order the PS3 version of the game but I cant find the code. Was it by e-mail? Where do I place the code?
