Hello Square as a committed gamer i find that you imposing a block that will not allow us to log in is quite ridiculous. considering you are charging us a subscription to play your game you are selling us services we cannot use. My question to you is where is my money going? i am fully aware that you are having problems with the amount of load you are receiving but i have paid you for services that you cannot however provide. i hope you will change the way you are currently doing things as at the moment your business ethic is quite wrong.

As for the solution change the way you charge people into IN GAME HOURS so that regardless of your problems if we paid for a month period (average 30 days) we should get 720 hours of in game time rather then 720 hours of error 1017.
