    I was catching them today off the pier near hidden falls (costa del sol area). You have to Mooch them with a HQ herring. You can't just fish em up outright.

    These can also be Mooched in Summerford in Middle La Noscea with a HQ Harbor Herring.

    I haven't seen a recipe listing for these on xivdb, so out of curiosity what do you need this for? Fishing Log completion?
