Unplayable Lag since official service start

Hi, im a player from NA server and im staying in Asia country (Malaysia to be specific)
I enroll myself in NA server due to work issue, and i have NO problem at all playing before this. Everything is smooth and nice at 1.0 , beta phase 1-4 and early access

However, since the official launch service is started . im facing a horrible lag, which all actions im execute is delay for 5-15 sec ; i been contact my local connection provider and no issue has been found they say

so im looking forward to find a solution for this as its affecting the enjoyment of the game

Malaysia...the worst country ever. Please don't say I'm rude but I live there before, the Internet there wasn't ever great for gaming. Sometime is the problem of raining or the ISP problems (they always said no problems but it always have problems, because they are lazy to fix things)
Will be great if you test your ping in other games that you always play will be great to proof your connection is having problems.
I will recommend you play in JP servers if you really cannot play.
If it wasn't your connection problems then I cannot help you, because I been playing around JP and NA having no connection issues

Hrmp, i did try to create a new character and play in JP server, it have 0 issues.
but sigh, like i say i was forced to stick in NA server due to working. sometimes i work at night and have all the free time at noon

You know, you could just transfer over to JP.

Also the problem isnt with the ISP, I played Phase 3 and 4 with no lag whatsoever, it only starrted on the 27th, which is launch day.
Personally? I'm stuck in NA because all my legacy mates cant move.

Here I am, same issue. I thought I was the only one.
In EU Servers I can only play at night and early morning; during the day i get 0\0 sending\recieve and after a while error 90000 with disconnection. No issues in Japan servers.

Anyway Italy here, my friends all have no issues... so I don't really know if it's the ISP or what.

Ive been having this problem too. I just...Cmon Square Enix. I just want to play your good game. But you need to fix these problems.

I'm in the same boat however my problems didn't start until I logged off last night around 11pm est and then logged back in this morning. Everything is soo lag and delayed that its virtually unplayable. Everything was fine until it ran and updated the patch. This is the same type of lag we had in Beta 3 phase 2. They were able to fix it for Phase 3 so hopefully they can do that again. Such a shame.
