New NW drop Weapon and Armor!! >"<

Well, the only problem I have with the new NMs is the spawn timer and the drop rates. Went 2-41 on Kokoroon Quickfinger's Dark Mail but he pops every 5 minutes.

then it balances out, yes? Lower drop rate, faster respawn = more chances to get the item but not more OF a chance to get it
