When the CONJ dies in the Ifrit fight and the rest of the party finish the boss, there is no option to revive anywhere. You can Res others and be Res'd, but if no one else has Res then the players are stuck in the instance and forced to exit the game or log out

I'm a PS3 user I don't know if PC users have this problem
