Your best option at the moment is to add them to your blacklist.

They need to add in a 'blacklist' option when you right click over their character names from the initial whisper.

i know theres a report cheating option in the game, but i dont know if that qualifies or not. id presume so, but they might prefer a different way of sending that information.
