    just increase the capacity. no need for more servers. its more fun when there are more people playing. then having a complete ghost town. in which you can walk around nude, and not have a single emote on you

    Paleto, currently right now they cannot just simply increase the compacity. You apparently were not around for the Early Access. When they opened the flood gates it crashed the Duty Finder servers and then players were then locked out for hours if not more than a day with the 3102 error or 90000. They need to fix the current configuration on the servers now, and or add more servers.

    Please read the updates or read into how these things work.

    PS, With the server compacity set there are 0 ghost towns. I promise you that.

    ??1017[impossible to gauge!]

    This morning, at 9:30 a.m., I receive a 1017. After 27 attempts to log in, I finally got in. This is not peak playing time. The only time I did get some serious playing time in was yesterday. I had to log in the am and leave my character on line or I wouldn't be able to play at all when I got home 5 hours later which made me feel horribly guilty. However, I paid for the service for 180 days this week, I paid for Early Access, I paid for the upgrade to collector's edition, so why should I? I refused to attempt log ins for 1-3 hours!! You now have over 100+ of my dollars. I was able to play so little during the early period, I want a refund on that in game time. It's not too much to ask. In fact, I believe everyone who paid for early access deserves game time compensation. You sold full access to a playable game and that isn't what I got. You now have even blocked sales entirely. My friends not yet on can't buy the game? I can't create a new character and try out some different looks. I can't play with my friends already here...we were all scattered to the winds. They can't make new characters on my server...I can't make new characters where they are. 1-3 days...ok. Working out bugs. This has been since Saturday. I see a projected new servers add for next week??? C'mon....that's absurd. I love this game. It's incredibly fun. It's the best game I think I have ever played to date. I play a lot of MMOs. I have guilds in two others. The launches of other games was rocky yes, but not this rocky. In fact, this is the most problematic launch I have seen in an MMO. I wasn't soured by 1.0. I tried it for a while, it was broken, I quit. Even after that, and being a loyal ffxi player for many years, and a SE fan.... ( I own every title you've ever released) I'd really like to enjoy it as it should be enjoyed. Your customers deserve better treatment, more frequent updates, and some deserve compensation. Please.

    I'm sorry but you are completely missing the point. Noone is here saying that your opinion is invalid and the you do not have the right to create threads. Rather that, creating numerous threads on the same topic is counterproductive to helping the SE Reps get to the root of not only the problem that you are experiencing but other problems as well. There is nothing that says that you can't make your plea to SE in one of the already created main threads for this topic that have alot of activity. Creating side threads to express the same feelings that others have also expressed does not help the process. If you were a beta tester in the beta forums, SE specifically informed us not to create numerous threads on the same topic but to reply all in one thread and they could address the issues in a more timely fashion. They also started deleting spin off threads like this to try to keep the Tech Support forum as clean as possible. I'm not sure if they have the same mandate for this live forum but they should because its for the good of the community. Hopefully you can understand that!

    You entered to have your subscription set up. They have no charged you yet for the 180 days. I know this because I also set mine up. You will not be charge until after the free 30 days. Secondly, 27 attempts and you got in? I would consider that a win. I have a macro set up to log in me and it ran for a solid hour before it let me in.

    So you logging in and staying logged in while you work or whatever is not helping the problem, its just making it worse.
