Do you have any idea how many people are making upset posts just like yours and how many of them want all of square enix to take 5 minutes of their day to read their post? You're not the only person in the world. They've already said that they're busy working on it. Wait for their fix to be implemented, and if you need to get in that bad, just play on a JP server for now.
