    final fantasy restrictions

hi all, I whant to talk a little bit about those video restrictions of final fantasy. right now the embargo is now lift and we can show video of this game.

but I have learn that final fantasy have a another restriction. we cant gain any form of monery gain by showing footage of this game. (you can watch totalbiscuit patch review about this matter. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ybJr3...TawC-k7PVjHXKQ)

So I cant stream myself playing this game and I cant make some video for my guild showing us beating a boss or doing a guild event. I have to upload those video on youtube, but youtube show advertisement at the start of any of my video.

I cant post this in the right forum because I am only lv 16, and I cant lv up because I cant log in for about 5 day now.

I just whant to add that I am French Canadian and I am sorry for my bad english

Actually no. You can "make money" off of videos just not directly with the Youtube monetization programs or other programs on similar video sharing sites. You have to choose to do that form of monetization. It is not automatic. Just posting a video on Youtube does not violate the license. Just streaming video on Twitch also does not violate the license. Requiring money to view the video or making money through those specific programs is what is against the license. Ways of monetization such as taking donations or finding sponsors does not violate the license as it is written.
