FFXIV ARR PS3 digital edition PSN store

No, cos everyone who bought it from de US Store are playing with no issue. The game they uploaded to the EU Store was faulty.

I got a copy of PS3 disc (NZ) it doesn't matter of the game binary, it is the PSN purchases not recognised by SE from the look of it. I don't think there is any fault with the game cllient, there maybe fault with PSN game keycodes that SE hasn't authorised, or did not have the capacity to accommodate a surge massive digital purchase, even some physical PS3 redemption codes are not recognised when login - redemption via PSN is fine.

I never said the client was the problem, the problem is the "license" that came with the download on the EU Store.

why they put for sale if the player cant play it ??? is unfair to spend my money and i cant use the prodect !!

I have a NA Physical Copy and am having the exact same issue. I even registered it via me SE account online since you can't do it through the Mog Station. This is what I gathered:

If you have a Beta Account or an existing SE account you cannot use it period to log-in when you first install FF14RRB. You need to uninstall the Beta client if you have it, create a new account and register the product code and MAYBE this would work.... That said, this whole thing is absolutely stupid. You should just be able to register your product code via the online Mog Station, why they don't let you just seems like they hired someone with down syndrome.... But I realize now I'm just very angry about it all.

My tickets aren't responded to and after a few hours in live chat queue it just said nobody is available to chat and disconnected me.

Whoever is managing things on the customer service end/community management needs to get the boot and SE needs to stop drooling all over themselves and get their butts in gear.

I know, it's ridiculous. It seems that nobody who downloaded the game from the EU PS store has actually been able start the game - you'd think SE would have something to say on that.

Ok.. tried that.. didn't work. Now I'm getting "The server is not responding. [11070][-2140077934]". I got email about my 2 tickets are being looked at.

Where on psn store is the game? I can't seem to find it
