    FFXIV ARR PS3 digital edition PSN store

    Hi everyone,

    I bought the game on playstation store, but i can´t acess the game...when i try to log in it keeps telling me to buy the digital version of the game or reedem the product key. And in mog station it says that the only service i had was beta phase 4.

    I didn't receive any code...

    but on my ps3 menu where it have my subscriptions like psplus the service is there....

    Seems to be a common issue with digital copy from PSN. I too get "no valid service account" error. My speculation is that the PSN digital sale record (SEN ID) did not get recognised by the game client (SQEX ID).

    Everyone who's bought the game via EU PSN has this problem.

    I have never had trouble with Sony, in fact I used the on-line chat with them yesterday and they were very helpful.

    Could this have to do with the recent announcement that they temporarily stopped all digital sales of FFXIV:ARR ?

    No, cos everyone who bought it from de US Store are playing with no issue. The game they uploaded to the EU Store was faulty.
