And that's perfectly fine, that would be the smart thing to do. If you're not enjoying a game, cut your losses and find something you do like. Some people are just going to stick around and complain about every last thing though.

Yes it is true a lot of people do complain and offer 0 solutions, I have ideas and sadly I have no idea truly how to even get them to the dev team for serious consideration aside from getting 100 posts or 1000 views, thing is tho the dev team needs to have there own ideas as well so that we can get some ideas out of them.

Its not like you can actually sell the gear, its just a way for people to get some gear without spending any gil on it. I personally enjoy the NM's gives me something to do.

You forget he is following a guideline set by Tanaka, he said he would continue to follow that guideline while adding stuff him and his team likes. Quit complaining at least we got some NMs at all this patch, I wasn't expecting any content. If you want something like FFXI go play FFXI scrubs. Sure the NM spawn times are a bit crazy but whatever I can live with it until further content comes out, just gives me something to do and the ability to help my lower level LS members get some good gear.

Search system was basic yet better
LFG system was basic yet better
Linkshell system was basic yet better (and more color choices even if people defaulted to white, blue, red or pink)

And so on, instead, a lot of these systems were a step back. NM pop timers of 5-92 hours (Magian Trial NMs..) however? That's one thing that even Square agreed should have been abolished.

Dude... FFXI was a load of crap. Just because it was better in a few UI-related ways doesn't mean it was better.

If you weren't being sarcastic, I highly doubt an MMO that's "a load of crap" would be in service for a decade+, what was crappy about it that doesn't include poor drop rates? As that's bad design in every MMO with less than 60%+ drop rate.

FFXI was terrible, just terrible, with the exception of having nice atmospherics. And just because a game is enduring doesn't mean it's the best thing ever. Duh.

he does know what he is doing he is an mmo gamer. Just because we not getting huge patches every 2 weeks don't mean this game is improving. just stop with the fighting though we not talking about ffxiv anymore we are fighting like preshcoolers on whos turn it is on a swing when there are tons of free swings.
