Beta 4 char not found on the lunch

Greetings,

I participated on the beta 4 and had my char "Arks Del" saved there.
to my understanding the char should be transferred to the lunch of the game. but,
that did not happen to me since i can't see my char at all. i really want to continue the story with that save.

i did try to create a new char into the same server "Cerberus" but couldnot since it was restricted. so i ended up creating it on riydal. and still i can't find my char.
i suggest moving my save into another world (server) to force a refresh on my list.

When you registered your cd key, you may have 'added a new account' instead of appending it to your beta 4 account. While it does warn you about this, if you're in a hurry and trying to get into the game, its very easy to miss. I've heard there were ways to combine your accounts, however.

that could be true, i see two service accounts here lol
how can i combine the two accounts?
