Trial for Promotion to Second Flame lieutenant

Current Rank: Chief Flame Sergeant
Next Promotion: Second Flame lieutenant
Requirements: Hunting Log Rank 2 done and Approval of Commander.
Problem: Commander does not have any quest or trial for me.

I currently have the rank Chief Flame Sergeant and want to get the Promotion to Second Flame lieutenant.
The Flame Personnel Officer tells me I need the commander's approval. However the commander does not have any Trial or Quest for me.

Same here. Someone was talking about a bug that if you complete your GC hunting trial before last rank, it gets bugged. Sucks :/

I got the same problem, is there any more information about this? Has SE said anything about it?
Right now I'm already capped at 45.000 seals and I would like to buy that level 50 weapon =(

I have found out how to get it. You need to advance far enough in your Story Line and have the lvl then he will give you a quest for a lvl 50 Dungeon to get the Promotion.

He should display the Quest earlier however so people know what they need for him to see it.
