    He bought the digital version from de NA store. We know the problem is just for the European Store version.

    I think it is any digital purchases (SE-PSN) issue regardless regions. Which could be the reason why all digital sales are temporarily suspended. Maybe there was not enough access keys available on SE to accommodate PSN (both physical, and digital) redemption.
