just log in in your se account in their website or in mog station and choose support.

well it is said that the problem is just too many people are trying to start playing and registration could not be processed correctly and they are going to expand worlds or something and asking for understanding . Im personally really happy that my favourite game production company can have a succes story with ffxiv just 1 month free would be really good gift after all this harass ..but for now a huge party would be just getting into game and just run for a while breathing freah eorzea air

Just a thought from me, SE said there were over a million registered on beta, ok a quick little math, 60 dollars x 1 million is 60 million dollars, I am pretty sure they made more money from somewhere else other than the 60 dollars. I just want to be registered properly, I will give up playing so they can buy more servers or whatever, but please just let me register my account.

Guys I bought CE from PS store inNA and iI'm able to play. Show'smy account in mog sstation but not my character.

I am happy to hear that, that is good news. I am trying to figure out if there is something else I have going wrong.
Is the multiple account thing in the Mog station and issue?
Is the security token item an issue?
Is the downloaded copy from the PS store an issue?

He bought the digital version from de NA store. We know the problem is just for the European Store version.

I think it is any digital purchases (SE-PSN) issue regardless regions. Which could be the reason why all digital sales are temporarily suspended. Maybe there was not enough access keys available on SE to accommodate PSN (both physical, and digital) redemption.
