CANT DECIDE TO MAIN!?!! HELP

Hey all my Character is Kin Gin, i'm 1.0 Leg. When I was lvling my lancer I kept seeing other lancers and Dragoons everywhere, least on my server. Also took 30 min for me to get a dungeon run. I was wondering what is a class that really is least play? I know some may say WHM and Cuj, but I dont want to heal since in WoW long ago I was a priest but I LOVE DPS and Tanking. I'm leaning between Warrior, BLM, and Summoner. Maybe Monk, or back to Dragoon.

If you want to find parties fast, then you have to play either as healer or as tank. So scholar, white mage/conjurer, warrior/marauder or paladin/gladiator.

But personally I wouldn't worry too much about that and just play the job you enjoy most. Arcanist is probably the most played class at the moment, yet I always managed to find a party with it regardless. Sure, it may take longer, but you can always do quests and whatnot while waiting for the duty finder to match you up.

Healers are the least played classes at the moment. with the exception of arcanist.
But really..just play what you have fun playing.

I don't think it is an issue of lack of healers, but rather that they don't count arcanists as healers (they queue as DPS). So sub-30 you only have 1 healing class. So of the 8 possible classes, you have 2 tanks, 1 heals, and 5 dps... which is what is causing the massive unbalance in heals.

This is just a wild guess, but they probably don't count arcanists as healers because they aren't. Having a single healing spell doesn't make you a healer.

While I can agree with that statement, in the early levels it is "enough" healing, that you can get by. Heck with their tanking pet, you can even tank most of the early level dungeons with enough skill and a good healer. (A bunch of guys in our company did 3 DPS and a healer on Ifrit last night, using the arcanist's pet for a tank.

Seriously, these early dungeons on NOT hard.

When you go to Toto-rak. You finally get to do different shit lol. Finally, a use for Esuna.
So I guess it gets better there but that was the most boring dungeon I ran.

Yeah, I almost want to switch to conj just until I get through the level 30 main story stuff, then just power level my Thaumaturge up to 30 to continue going from there. I wouldn't mind waiting for queues so much if it wasn't REQUIRED to move your story forward thereby opening up more options for you. But it basically hits a point where I am sitting there already working on my Archer while I wait for a queue cause it can take up to an hour for it to pop.
