The title says it all, day 5 since EA started and I still cannot enter the game on any new or pre-existing character without being disconnected with the dreaded 90k error. I have not been in game ONCE since EA started.

I know there are plenty of problems, but the vast majority seem to be able to get on at some point. Not me. Just the same error over and over and over again. The SE white knight brigade will say things like, "be patient", "it will get resolved" and "wahh cry more noob" while they happily play around on their characters. For those of us that have not been able to get in game it's mighty hard to not be angry. I feel like I've paid £40 for a copy of the character creation benchmark program that's been freely available for ages.

Customer support answers tickets with copy & paste answers telling you read Yoshi P's apology on the forum, no actual response from anyone other than that. The UK phone support have no ability to correct faults on your account, none at all and to top it off they only operate 9am to 6pm weekdays - I am baffled, I really am.

I do not want compensation, I do not want a refund, I just want someone real from SE to actually tell us what is going on and why they are unable to fix the accounts that are locked out. In my case it was during beta phase 4, disconnect while zoning out from a duty on Saturday August 17th (around 3pm). Since then, I have not been able to enter the game on any character.

Please, let us know what is going on.
