I logged into the PSN, entered my PS3 CE code, and hoped to keep playing with the character I created. I load up the game... and I have two service accounts. The CE account (account 2)doesn't have my characters. The trial on my main character (account 1) ends in 2 days. My heart is breaking - I don't want to level up another new character, I really one the one I've already created!

How do I call SE instead of getting email support? Heck, I'll take a live chat over email support. I feel like time is ticking to get this repaired.
