After contact with support they send me a email saying

- If using a router, try bypassing the router and plugging directly into the modem.

- Some users have found that resetting their networking equipment has resolved this issue. To do this unplug all your networking equipment and wait about 3 - 5 minutes. Start with your modem and work towards your computer, giving each device at least 2 - 3 minutes to start up fully.

- If you are using any kind of software/hardware Internet Sharing service/device the following ports need INCOMING access to your PC. TCP 80, 8080, 443, 55296~55551, UDP 55296~55551, also check to make sure that the ports mentioned are not blocked by your ISP for INCOMING access. Proper configuration of any of the above items mentioned should be done by following the instructions in the software /hardware manual or calling the manufacturer's technical support.
