I am still suffering from the same issue.
ISP is CZee Wifi.
Connection Type is Wifi.
System Specs:
Operating System - Windows® 8 64 bit
Processor: Intel® Core™ i7
Graphics: NVIDIA® Geforce® GTX 670MX
Memory: 8GB of RAM
Disk Space: 910GB
This problem appears to be very prevalent and none of the options for fixing it suggested by the other players on this thread have worked for me, nor have they worked for several other people, I've noticed. Technical Support needs to take responsibility for resolving this error, because if it continues for long periods of time, numerous players will likely cancel their subscriptions.
This problem also occurs when I'm connected to my WiFi or through an Ethernet cable through Comcast cable internet.
