in my case i was messing with it before hand so error 30428 was probably my fault lol, still glad that helped you out. i don't know what that process is either, but there was no negative effect from annihilating it from my comp.Solved my case by stopping service SavingsbullFilterService64.exe. I reinstalled the game, but I'm not sure if this was necessary. Updated my game in safe-mode, which makes sense since the service was not running. I don't know what this service is, antivirus and anti-malware software do not seem to recognize it as harmful.
