Suche "Proxy" in win7> Configer Proxy-Einstellungen> Proxy Deaktivieren. Ich hoffe, das funktioniert ^ ^-Google Übersetzen

Thx for the Hint mate, also that you translated it. But i dont use Proxy's. I found out that it was my Bitdefender.
Switching from Game Mode to Normal mode and back solved the Problem.
