    Dear lord I was lucky in soloing the Dodo NM.

    Nearly died, so I went passive, starting running away from it, then when Second Wind II cooled down, I used it then quickly finished it off.

    10+ minutes of battling for a Velveteen scarf, 6 wind shards and 3 lightning shards. :P

    I was duoing Unknown Soldier with a friend and we finished him off with the Battle Regime Simian Thrash > Maim for stupid damage (I closed with Maim). He repopped seconds later instantly aggroing me (he popped on top of me) much to the disappointment of other campers.

    Can NMs carry hate over to a new pop?

    Nope. Once they're dead, they're dead. You just happened to kill it right before the next spawn window, and it just happened to spawn on you again. Needless to say, you were in aggro range.

    Should these go the same way as the quest mobs, I'd advise people to hurry up and hunt any gear they need while they can from these. There's no Guarantee they won't lower the spawn rate, just as they did with the Quest mobs.
