Thread: Please help me, 30 day trial not available?

My account doesn't show a 30 day free trial. I registered for the early access and everything, I have my early access items, the mog hat etc and have been playing since the 24th. Why do I not have my 30 day free trial?

My account says the same thing, because I haven't received my game yet, hoping it will be here with this mornings post. Have you entered the code that came with your game yet?

Long story short. Square sent you another email with a digital rights registration code. It is in your spam folder -_-... Take that code and put it in the mogstation under add new platform and you will be fixed.
