Veteran Items sent only once - Question

Hey,

Noticed this footnote on the veteran rewards page (I don't want "story time" responses please, just facts and information.):

"* Bonus items will be sent only once to the corresponding characters on a given service account."

Anyone have insight and further details on this I'm missing? (In reference please to the following questions) >

Questions:

1.Are these attached to your account whereas every new character you make receives the rewards?

2. Or... Are they mailed out to your characters that you have currently when you pay for x days and that's it, new characters don't get them?

3. If.. neither of these are true can only one character receive them?

I could see it being interpreted any of these ways.


XIV exceeded all my expectations, infinitely more so as you progress deeper into the game then what was revealed in the beta. Great job, thanks SE and the entire FF community.
