I need a macro for putting a enemy to sleep, marking it and saying "its sleep"

If i need to heal a random pt member I just mouse over their frame, and then move it off so I can cure the tank when it defaults to <tt>. I keep the monster/boss as my target for my bioII and Miasma macro.

Your Regen macro always goes off on you because you have no one targeted or moused over.

I just figured this out with a paladin yesterday. Write it out like this.

/target <2>
/target <tt>
/ac "Provoke"

That <2> what that does is targets the person who is in the second party slot in your party. Make sure at the beginning of dungeon or primal, you put the healer in slot 2 within the party. You do that by going to the party member list under social and click on your healers name and move them so they are directly underneath you in the party.
