    Hi all, first post, anyway...

I've been having an issues with my mouse over macros where I myself am being healed instead of the target. I know some other people have been having an issue as well, and a few quick google searches show me that either to have <mo> on its own, or remove anything like <t> or <me>.

I don't want to have to outright get rid of it since I love mouse over game play. I'm including the macro I currently use and maybe after seeing it someone can give me some sort of suggestion other then what I found via google:

    /micon "Cure"
    /ac "Cure" <mo>
    /ac "Cure" <focus>
    /ac "Cure" <t>

I don't use MOs (I probably should...) but I have been having issues with macros in general recently. A few times previously working macros have stopped working correctly, skipping steps even when the spells are all off cooldown.

If you have yourself targeted while using this macro, and your mouse is not over another player's bar, or you don't have a target focus, I think it'll just heal you.

Honestly, I just use <mo> and it eliminates any kind of issue with that.

My play style is to keep the tank as focus and have mobs/bosses targeted the whole time. I'll take out the <focus> and <t>, thanks for the suggestion.

I also try to keep the boss targeted as much as possible (except on encounters where a debuff goes out, since...lol...sometimes it just scrolls off the party frames, woo!). That makes sense to me, I hope that helps!

Just ran a couple WP's with it and didn't see any heals dropped, and could be in my head but Regen and other instant cast skills I had macroed are responding more quickly. Thanks again.

I JUST posted about this. Don't use multi-target macros. You can't guarantee target order and as a result your heal will fallback to healing you instead (when it doesn't outright heal the wrong target).

Your macro should just be the <mo> action and you will never have that issue again.

EDIT: as an FYI it's the same for multi-action macros. So swifcast + rez can fail in just the same way and try to raise without using swifcast.
