This comes across as sounding very harsh, but I completely agree.

I wouldn't want anyone messaging me nonstop telling me to do my job.

I'm not suggesting messaging nonstop or spamming chat telling people to do their job, just communicating with my team to help if/when there is a lot going on. Personally, I think that we're less likely to wipe that way. If the tank is having difficulty holding hate or is rushing into too many mobs to handle then that can be sorted between fights, of course.
